ValiFit Trust Framework
We don't invent data. Every score, ranking, and number on ValiFit traces back to a federal data source we can cite by URL. This page is the front door to how that works.
ValiFit Data Integrity Board

Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any MCP-aware AI client to ValiFit's real-estate intelligence — agent lookups, semantic search, town fit scoring.
Why we're FHA-safe
The Fair Housing Act prohibits steering buyers based on demographic composition. ValiFit measures infrastructure investment (per-pupil spending, hospital coverage, fire response standards) — never demographic outcomes. A district with high spending and good graduation scores well; one with low spending scores poorly, regardless of who lives there.
